- thoughts on weight loss now:
- i am seeing ~some~ changes in my body - the scale doesn't seem to change much (~137lbs ish) but i'm excited to keep up with my workouts. shifting from numbers to getting gains.
- 7/21 update: after big bowel movement the day before, my weight dipped down into 135 territory with 31.7% muscle!. i'm excited to keep building some muscle.
- 7/24 update: weight is around 136-136.2 lbs range. i'm not mad about it. haven't had a good bowel movement lately.
- 7/27-29 update: weight consistently at ~136-136.2 lbs. interesting how steady it is! i've been drinking protein after workouts and feel energetic / awake in the mornings. i'm feeling good! but a little impatient still.
- 7/30-31 update: i'm 136.4 lbs - i had a good bm after eating the white bean soup yesterday. also ate chips ahoys when i wasn't really craving them. tomorrow, i'm gonna get the inbody scan done before our epic 1 challenge.

- media:
- books
- i'm in a book-reading mood. i even want to buy a kazuo ishiguro book.
- sleeping giants (audiobook)
- funky sci-fi thriller story about this science team trying to rebuild and animate a giant metal robot... with backwards knees. i usually don't like audiobooks but this one was pretty engrossing.

- waking gods (audio and normal book) p. 130/343
- the knife of never letting go
