- general highlights
- 9/1: bought 3 notebooks (midori a5, jetpens kanso noto $20, and $11 maruman mnemosyne). they arrived so fast! on saturday 9/4!
- 9/2: taking 2 four day weekends this month to relax! cris and i went to bj's and bought buffalo chicken! visited dad and mom (and nikki!) to chat and see what they're up to. we facetimed keisha and dad said she could borrow his $50 laptops lol. dad and i moved the stove to put the new mats in the kitchen. mom bought a replacement dyson vacuum head.
- 9/3: studied and chatted with gureisu!
- 9/4: my jetpens order arrived!
- 9/9: i've been studying japanese daily. having fun making vocab cards.
- 9/14: my anki cards have improved. studying pretty consistently (remember the kanji, nihongo so matome vocab). we've been doing pretty well grocery-wise this month.
- 9/15: gureisu and michael's birthday
- 9/20: work out 5x week (currently only 4). no more beer. 10,000 steps.
- goals
- gain muscle! lose body fat. get to 132 lbs!
- got to 133 lbs one day with 32% muscle! not as swayed when i see my weight fluctuate.
- 9/20: weight has gone up... eat less sweets, more veggies/fruit. no more beer.
- 9/23: weight down to 134ish again, work is slightly stressful.
- weight is steadily around 134. i'll continue to work out more and incorporate cardio next month.
- get through day 35 of epic I challenge!
- complete 25 days of fitness circles (apple watch)
- 9/20: 10 days to go!
- finished the challenge, but let my goals adjust toward the end, lol.
- get through lesson 12 of remember the kanji (273 kanji)
