- keep up with move goal (keeping at 580 for now)
- i kept up with it 95+% of the month! upped move goal to 600 now.
- keep up with 10,000 steps a day
- update: i kept it up for the month!
- keep up with working out 4 to 5x a week
- 7/4 doing well with these. on average, doing more than 10,000 steps but yesterday was hard to get there.
- did well with 4x a week when i could. last week of july didn't really do that, but i prioritized my move goal for sure.
- get more protein consistently
- keep up with vegetables
- sleep well, more often. protect your sleep!
- 7/4 had great sleep over july 4th weekend
- keep up your anki studying

- stopped taking the medication (sp) and def noticed increase in hair growth. feels bad. i need to deal with it.
- update: still dealing with the hair growth, but it's ... manageable i guess.
- weight is still around the 139s but i'm happy to keep working out, smashing my step count etc.

- it's a really fun show. i enjoyed many of the characters and was really impressed with the japanese actors scripts. their english was ... almost too good? their responses were at the level of a native english speaker so it surprised me sometimes. but i was happy to see them as japanese people giving zippy lines. esp. kikuchi rinko as 'jake's' superior. her lines felt overdubbed too. also, ito hideaki's english. haha. also ansel elgort's side character journalism buddies... their english... amazing too!

- 7/2: stranger things ssn 4 finale ★★★☆☆
- it's ... enjoyable when it's enjoyable. but i feel myself getting exasperated when the plot has to keep cutting between multiple storylines for them all to climax at the same time. it makes you not want to suspend your disbelief when you think about how steve/nancy/robin were getting choked out for 10+ minutes or... lucas was held at gunpoint for long period of time ... just for the convergence of timing for each plot-line.

- it's a really odd show. but i kind of love the weird humor. it makes me love japanese (written) all over again with the opening song!

- the cast is really amazing, the script is natural, believable and there's a lot of humor in the show. i feel engrossed watching the acting chops of all the girls :'O kj with the slow blink, lmao.
