- keep up move goal 600 active calories
- 8/9: feeling good about my body more or less. less so when i was traveling through the airport. but now that i'm home i feel better. wedding vacation to boston for luis and tara's wedding was active and i didn't over obsess about what i ate. i enjoyed sweets, drinks, etc. i would prioritize moving my body because i had time too.
- keep up 9000-10000 steps

- 8/1~ players ★★★☆☆ (paramount+)
- 8/5~: sandman ★★★★★ I really like this mood ;o;
- loved the mood and character designs
- especially loved the corinthian and sandman and all the supporting characters... i especially loved the more contained stories when sandman was getting his tools back the best
- 8/8: prey ★★★★☆ predator movie on hulu. it was really inventive and loved seeing that girl use her intelligence to best the predatoooor. sarii the dog was AWESOME.
- 8/7 was tara and luis' lovely wedding
- 8/10 lightning struck near our apartment and we lost internet for a night. made me draw with colored pencils with cris so that was really fun.
- 8/12~: the resort ★★★☆☆ ... i can't tell if i like it yet. i don't know who i'm rooting for
- 8/14: day shift (2022) ★★★☆☆ so boring and bad music .o. i think they squandered some good ideas with the vampire fangs. why didn't he just go after an elder instead of focusing on fighting the mexican speaking vampire lady?
- ~8/15: the industry (2022) ★★★★☆
- definitely a ~prestige hbo show~ with a vibe like succession and other cut throat ensemble shows. i can't imagine how these young aspiring traders don't feel as though they're getting indoc'd into ... a cult-y thing at this company.
- 8/16: parent's dryer is broken - i helped mom do her laundry this week.
- 8/19: nikki's vet appt. determined to get her the things she needs. also received an incentive award $ at work.
- 8/28: house of the dragon (game of thrones) ★★★★★
- and all the podcasts related to it:

- a cast of kings
- and begrudgingly... because the one lady's vocal affectations are really annoying: ringerverse
