• change grate on top of range so it doesn't slope
• take doors off of cupboards (because of fan)
  • replace fan with flush (or semi-flush) mounted light anyway
  • cute bins for organization
  • built in (or fake built in) extensions on right side of laundry area for additional storage
• wall where sideboard is - change to floating shelves for mugs & teacups

Dining

• change over to den/library
  • built in bookshelves
  • technically this could work in a formal dining room so it wouldn't bee too permanent
  • comfy seating
    • chair & a half (2x?)
    • or small sectional

Living

• One way privacy film for front windows
• Either swap for dining room or make that the library
  • built ins along left wall
  • fake fire place on right wall
  • ladder plant hanger on ceiling

Garage

• bedroom conversion
• change out driveway & put in carport
  • check for if we need permits
