- time is no judge; nothing gets better with "time", but everything gets better with how you judge a situation, how you handle things, and knowing you always will have my loving support.
- having hobbies might seem like a boring venture, but once you find something to do that you love then you'll realise they're well worth their weight in gold.
- never let anyone bully you into a corner; if you are being bullied or mistreated, usually the bully is being mistreated too. you need to have some empathy in those situations, and not take their words to heart, because they mean them much less than you would think. sometimes they don't even remember saying things you have kept in your mind for years afterwards.
- allow yourself to love and be loved, not just by me and your father, but by whoever you want to; but do not be misused; remember hurt is natural and I am here to help you heal your wounds, physical or emotional.
- realise that family means love, and support; although there are times when you shall hate me, and I shall dislike your actions, I'll always be here for you. confide in me and your father when you are lost or even when you're not, and we'll try our best to be your guide.
- I have wanted children since I was a child, and have been planning my life around my children since that age; you have always been important to me, know this throughout your life, even in your teenage melancholic years, that I have had children in my mind for decades before your birth.
