yooa at one point was oh my girl's member on the most variety shows. she's never been anything but humble though. she's proven her amazing dance skills by being in multiple project groups:

• sunny girls - chengxiao, nancy, gugudan's nayoung, eunha
• 5w1h - mijoo, seulgi, eunjin, euijin, twice's mina
• girls next door - somi, sujeong, d.ana, moonbyul, seulgi, kim sohee

and featuring in a cover of keeping your head up with her brother junsun, a choreographer at 1million. she's gotten especially close with the members of girls next door from their work on idot. she loves pop songs and has a lovely voice. she sang domino by jessie j at her audition for wm and trained for a year and a half before debuting. before moving to wm, she was a trainee at wh entertainment. always cheery and sometimes awkward.

yooa changed her real name from yoo yeonjoo to yoo shiah before debuting. she's also talked about some bad experiences with unwanted attention in the past on variety shows which were responded to with some hate comments accusing her of lying. despite this she's proven those people wrong - they said she can't run but if you watch her isac relay videos she flies across the track. she was an athlete but decided to become a singer instead - she also inspired her brother to dance. predebut she had some kind of tension with mimi, some kind of rivalry but now it's all gone and we have the #miyoo we know today.
