Some guy just came and offered us sandwiches so I asked "oh are they from..." I was going to say info session or a social event but the words in my brain were kind of tangled so I didn't finish my sentence when the guy continued it saying "I don't mean to morbid but yeah they're from a funeral." Me: "Oh...I'm so sorry..." In much hesitance I didn't really move. "Well they're from the opening reception of a funeral." Me:";A;..." "It was for my mom's aunt." "Can you reach?" Me: -grabs sandwich- "Good luck on your exams (or something like that)" Me: "Thank you!!"
