- The Little Prince - Antoine Sant'Exupery. A beautiful beautiful story. I seriously believed that this children's novel has more depth than many other novels.
- The Unwanted - Kien Nguyen. I'm not one for my heritage, although reading this really brought me a little closer to my Vietnamese side.
- Scar Tissue - Anthony Kiedis. Sex. Drugs. Music. There's something fascinating about a tumultuous life.
- To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee. Such a tragic but beautiful book. It really brings out a social issue into light.
- The Other Boleyn Girl - Philippa Gregory. SCANDALOUS. I love me some scandal.
- Kafka on the Shore - Murakami. This made me literally drop my jaw. Set in beautiful Japan, but it's not a typical conventional Japanese story.
