- 1,5 tl suolaa
- 6 rkl sokeria
- 6 rkl öljyä
- 12 dl vehnäjauhoja
- 9 dl vissyä
- Tummansinistä Keiju-margariinia tai rypsiöljyä paistamiseen
- Sekoita suola, sokeri, öljy ja vehnäjauhot soijamaidon joukkoon. Lisää viimeisenä vissy.
- Kuumenna rasva paistinpannulla ja kaada lättytaikinaa ohuehko kerros paistumaan. Kun lättytaikina on hyytynyt yläpuolelta, käännä lätty ja paista se kauniin ruskeaksi myös toiselta puolelta.
- Tarjoile tuoreiden marjojen, hillon, sokerin, soija- tai kaurajäätelön, soijakermavaahdon tai minkä nyt keksitkään kanssa.
