Cooking:

- ◍ 40 minutes for tomatoes and garlic at 180°C
For the cream:
- ◍ 1 raw milk camembert
- ◍ 6 to 8 small tomatoes
- ◍ 1 garlic head
- ◍ 2 tbsp olive oil
- ◍ 2 tbsp honey
- ◍ 2 branches of rosemary or thyn
- ◍ 1 tbsp of fresh cream
- ◍ salt and pepper
For the farce:
- ◍ 200g minced beef
- ◍ 200g minced veal meat
- ◍ salt and pepper
- ◍ 1/2 onion or 1 small onion
- ◍ 1 large cs of tomato concentrate
- ◍ 6 tbsp chopped parsley
- ◍ 1 egg
- ◍ flour
