  • keep being proactive/working ahead
  • keeping in touch
  • prioritizing what makes me happy and makes my life feel meaningful
  • stop letting ideas go nowhere (ACT ON THEM!!)
  • stop stressing so much
  • quieting my mind
  • getting more sleep
