  • beautiful mountain scenery, forests, lochs; walking 12 miles; stopping off at beer garden for pints
  • arriving in drymen; dinner at the clachan (cullen skink and chicken/black pudding pizza), staying at airbnb, cakes, card games, asaki lager, early night
  • breakfast at the drygate inn; bus to balloch; chill afternoon at ribhs watching old firm

  • lunch at nandos with bryan, estera, hazel, sophia, john and taj
• pub quiz at the palais with ribh and alice - 1st place!
• another successful esol class at s.u.n
• solo trip to brussels, belgium
  • day one: arriving at charleroi; getting lost at gare du midi station; arriving at hostel; drinks at delirium rooftop bar with ewan (:/), niahm, mark, daniel, welsh guy, romanian and italian girls
  • dancing/karaoke at nuas, followed by amazing late night chicken shawarma
  • day two: belgian waffle for breakfast, free walking tour with friendly dutch couples, seeing grand place and mannekin pis, sampling luxury chocolates, moules and frites for lunch
  • return home: chaos at charelroi airport, beers in the sunshine overlooking the tarmac. a good trip!

FEBRUARY ---

• night with kieran at level x
  • bowling, vr headseats, karaoke room, mini golf
• starting volunteering at s.u.n - delivered my first english lesson to students
• laurie's birthday night out; drinks at radio with laurie, alice, rory, dermot, george, chloe, sophie, lee and others
  • after-party at lauries; kissing lee!
• relaxing spa day and catch up with daria and ksusha at emirates arena; dinner at sugo; walk up necropolis
• dinner at grosso with ribh: mozzarella sticks and black pudding, salami and crawdie pizza
  • pints at the palais with matthew; quiz - winning! coming first place and winning a £50 bar tab
• solo holiday to copenhagen, denmark
  • day one: arriving late at night, next house hostel, meeting roomates from japan and germany
  • day two: supermarket breakfast, politically incorrect walking tour with guru and belgian guy, coffee and cake from sweet italian guys, seeing danish parliament, canals, amalienborg palace, round tower, smorrebrod lunch at cute cafe. back to hostel; drinks with american girls and meg from liverpool, communal hoster dinner - amazing night! drinks and games with petar and nina from serbia, amir from lebanon, belgian guy
  • day three: check out hostel, train from copenhagen to malmo, visiting sweden, lunch at sture brasserie 1912 (oysters and steak tartare). back to copenhagen; drinks at centraljhornet gay bar; getting drink bought for me by handsome rasmuss, kiss with danish boy knud!
• team kelvin day at work - painting pottery with desert theme, meal at the duke's umbrella
• visit home to mum and dad's for weekend
• taught esol class at s.u.n - good lesson
• won £1000 on scotwest credit union lottery!
• day out in edinburgh with mum and dad
  • train journey up, delicious afternoon tea at the dome, nice time spent with mum and dad <3

JANUARY ---

• new years eve in carlisle: west walls brewery with molly, conor, ellen and joe; sleepover
• meeting magnus; walk around threave estate
• return to glasgow after the festive break, stopping to see fraser, alisha & my nieces
• attempting dry january and healthier choices; winter morning run around alexandra park
• first day back at work :(
• spontaneous hot chocolates at icafe with mark from work
• drinks & dinner at spoons with ribh, matthew and bradley
• shopping trip to edinburgh with lara
  • pints, bershka and pull&bear, waxy o'connors
• sauna trip - isar, george and mark (b.g)
