takes place after the true pacifist ending. asriel failed to break the barrier due to a shortage of monster souls, so the squad have all become housemates in snowdin, waiting for the day when they will be free. eventually, papyrus grows tired of waiting, and takes matters into his own hands.

contains illegal genetic experiments, general whump, original characters, a crossover with deltarune, organized crime, self-harm, messiah and saviour complexes, terminal illness, a heaping amount of suffering, and a morally grey protagonist who can’t even tell what his own motivations are anymore.
