May 6th Tuesday
- anxiety wasn't as bad this morning.
- picked up musubi and a can of peach tea for lunch, sushi for dinner. everyone was out! maybe because it was so sunny today.
- walked rory.
- got my eyebrows waxed. the esthetician I saw today was talkative but I liked her, will try to book with her again.
- did 30min hiit workout.
- memorized the rest of my hiragana for class tomorrow. finished up notes.
- felt a bit moody, checked my tracker and it looks like pmdd symptoms are settling in.
what a weird week so far. I had 3 appointments that all had to have their times switched to another day. really enjoy the sunny and warm weather, though.
May 7th Wednesday
- woke up with bad anxiety.
- went to kinokuniya but didn't buy anything, couldn't justify the prices. picked up lunch at uwaji.
- lower back was hurting, did stretches and a 15 min strength workout.
- had a few spizzico di pizza's for dinner!! I miss bagel bites.
- japanese class was nice today. felt confident in answering, sensei said my pronunciation was cute ToT
May 8th Thursday
- anxiety wasn't as bad this morning.
- therapy went well, proud to share part of myself I hadn't felt comfortable sharing in the past with other therapists.
- made pasta for dinner.
- sat out in the sun for awhile. I want to go to the lake again.
- made note cards for yōon hiragana.
May 9th Friday
- anxiety was a little high again this morning but the pain I felt in my neck made me forget about it entirely. must've slept wrong because I have such a bad headache from the pain.
- went over phone call script for 2nd interview. need to go in for 3rd interview on monday.
- got ice cream after dinner, black sesame with oreo pieces.
- rewatched the handmaiden and cried.
May 10th Saturday
- slept poorly, neck pain woke me up.
- went to new balance for new walking shoes, then visited grandma.
- had a katsu sandwich for dinner it was soo good. mom got me a smores cookie too.
- watched 13 assassins. enjoyed it.
