Did they notice my weight loss? Yeah, they did!

Here's when:

April 15, 2025

• K & C at work commented that I looked different. Then C asked if I had lost weight and I told her I had. K asked how much I'd lost. I told them 20lbs. They were so happy for me. It's nice when people are rooting for you.

April 21, 2025

• A client didn't recognize me today. She said I looked different and good. She was impressed.

April 27, 2025

• Dad said, "Now today I can tell you're losing weight." He was the first to notice but then he also noticed there wasn't much of a change for a while there.

May 12, 2025

• Dad asked if I was still losing weight. I said I was and he said he can tell.

May 14, 2025

• C at work came into the office and said, "Well don't you look pretty today!" Then she asked me if I lost weight. I told her I'm trying to and she said she can see it in my face and my body and that I look better. I trust her too so it's so nice to hear.

June 3, 2025

• C at work said, "You're still losing weight aren't you?" I said, "I am!" She asked, "How much have you lost now?" I told her, "About 38/39lbs." She said, "It looks more like 50." She's the sweetest.

June 26, 2025

• Went out to brunch with my boss. When we got back to the office she was like, "You look different. I see it now." Then she asked if I've lost weight. I told her I have and that I'm glad she noticed. She asked how much and I told her. She told me that's great and to keep it up. I told her I plan to! She is very health conscious so I'm glad that she noticed and I have her support.

• C at work asked, "How much weight have you lost now?! You're really slimming down."

September 8, 2025

• N, a client's mother, told me in a text: "and btw you look wonderful".

September 9, 2025

• N, a client's mother, again said: "S and I were talking this morning about how good you look". Honestly, having N compliment me is amazing. I love and respect her so it means a lot to me.

September 30, 2025

• C at work asked, "Well you're still losing weight! How much have you lost now? You're looking good." She also told me about how she and Mr. R, a client, were talking about me yesterday and he commented that I'm a pretty woman.

February 23, 2026

• N, the client's mother, she saw me when I came in to visit with her son and she just said, "Oh my gosh, Redux, you look so good! Wow! You look so good!" I went back and looked and the last time she saw me was at 296.4lb, so nearly 40lbs ago. I guess there's a bigger difference than I realize! She makes me feel proud of myself. She's so kind.
