As per the usual, I will be logging backwards with the newest day at the top of the list. This is just how I eat and it's definitely a work in progress!

April 21, 2026 ——————————————————————

Started the day with two sugar free gel snacks, my prenatal w/ iron, and my beef organ supplement for women. I picked up breakfast on my way out as I had to leave the house at 6:30am. I got Dairy Queen! It was a #2 — biscuit sandwich with sausage and a hasbhrown. I added a cup of gravy for dipping. So good!

Snacks instead of lunch at work because I finish my day early! I had a some jerky and then a navel orange.

April 20, 2026 ——————————————————————

Breakfast started with two sugar free gel snacks. Delicious. I was just famished when I woke up so I wanted something quick to make my mouth happy. Then I made myself a delicious breakfast burrito. It was two sausage patties, a burrito sized carb balance tortilla, two eggs, some cheese, and of course the ususal diced green peppers and seasoning blend. Finished it off by taking two beef organ supplements.

It was a snacking sort of day. I had an apple and then beef jerky a bit later.

Lunch was a Lean Cuisine just 'cause I saw them the other day and decided to grab a few for the freezer. It was Cheeseburger Mac.

Next up was a snack of a navel orange and then a chocolate fudge FiberOne brownie.

Dinner was some Chick-fil-a on my way home. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and then a 12 ct. grilled nuggets to make my protein goal of the day. I tried the sweet & spicy sriracha sauce. It's not for me.

14th to 19th ——————————————————————

It was a week of eating basically what I wanted within reason and then a bit more when I was tempted. Let me tell 'ya, lemon blueberry cornbread is pretty darn good. I recommend you try it!

April 13, 2026 ——————————————————————

Started my day with my usual supplements—CoQ10, prenatal w/ iron, and algae omegas. Then I decided I was going to make a breakfast burrito with one of those carb balance torillas. The filling was just too much for one tortilla so I ended up eating some of it on it's own for breakfast. The filling was some frozen seasoning blend (chopped onion, red and green bell pepper, and a little bit of celery, and just a touch of parsley), frozen chopped green bell peppers, cooked in a bit of butter, some diced ham, real bacon bits, chopped frozen spinach, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, and a good bit of cheese in the burrito.

Breakfast burrito is lunch because I just made too much and was full in the AM.

April 12, 2026 ——————————————————————

You know the drill: CoQ10, prenatal w/ iron, and algae omegas to start the day. Then I made some eggs (2 whole, 1 egg white) with frozen seasoning blend, frozen chopped green bell peppers, cooked in a bit of butter, with some diced ham, a generous sprinkling of cheese, and a slice of honey wheat bread. I don't usually use bread at home so that was a fun switch!

Lunch was a pad thai with konjac noodles from Aldi. Not the greatest thing ever but I didn't feel like cooking so it hit the spot!

I got some sugar-free gelatin cups from the store today. So good. I am a huge fan of jello and could eat an ungodly amount if encouraged. Haha.

I had an early dinner of a steak quesadilla and some corn pico. I found these cool tortillas that have like 28g of fiber so my fiber was locked down for the day. The filling was mexican 4 cheese blend, mild cheddar, some precooked fajita style steak, and some litehouse avocado ranch dip. So good. The pico was served on the side, I was going to put it in but it was already so full!

Lots of snacks in the evening! I had a no sugar added fudgsicle, some steak fajita meat, another gelatin cup, and an orange.

April 11, 2026 ——————————————————————

Started off with my supplements. Then I was feeling a bit peckish before going out with my niece so I had a bettergoods Italian tuna pasta bowl. It hit the spot.

Lunch was Freddy's for a grilled chicken club sandwich, a regular fries, and a cup of Freddy's famous fry dipping sauce. It's basically a mayonnaise and ketchup blend. I really liked it though. I'd never had Freddy's so it was a good first impression.

We stopped at a baker and split a red velvet cupcake that was so good and moist. I can never find a good cupcake around here!

Then on our way home I had a chomp's original beef stick. When I got home I had my choline, calcium, magnesium, and the collagen gummies. My pre-bedtime snack was FiberOne cinnamon coffee cake soft baked bar. Those are going to be a staple!

April 10, 2026 ——————————————————————

I bet you know how I started my day by now! I had my morning supplements of CoQ10, a prenatal w/ iron, and algae omegas. I slept in so today was an office breakfast day. I had a Just Crack an Egg classic breakfast scramble made with 2 eggs and a splash of water. Then I had three slices of the Bimbo double fiber toasted bread and a sliced tomato with salt.

Snack was a big, juicy orange. One of the best I've had in ages.

I don't know what it is but I am just feeling the snacky lunch these last two days. Today I had some raspberries, a bit of beef jerky, another Taylor Farm's veggie tray. This one has carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes. I had a few mini peppers too. I grabbed the bettergoods italian tuna pasta bowl again today, but again, it just isn't it.

After work I went to Wendy’s and got a 3pc chicken tenders and a small chili. You know the drill, something quick and filling!

Later on I was craving something sweet. I stopped and got some FiberOne soft baked bars. I admittedly ate two—not at the same time. Just throughout the night. Got home after a long, long day and had those supplements you know I love — choline, calcium, magnesium, and my latest recruit collagen.

April 9, 2026 ——————————————————————

Started my day with my morning supplements of CoQ10, a prenatal w/ iron, and algae omegas. I wasn't running behind per say but I didn't feel like breakfast at that time so later at 10am I had a "walking biscuit and gravy" from DQ. I got a sausage biscuit twin pack and a cup of gravy to dip it in as well as a hashbrown. It was very filling and really hit the spot. I've been into biscuits and gravy lately. The sausage was my breakfast protein.

My late breakfast kept me pretty full so lunch was quite snacky. I had a Taylor Farms pepperoni & cheese snack pack (pepperoni, mozzarella, broccoli florets, baby carrots, and ranch dip), a mini cucumber, and a handful of raspberries. A bit of this, and a bit of that! When I had finished the snack pack I still had some some ranch left so I ate two mini bellpeppers with it for some additional nutritional variety. I was going to eat a better goods italian tuna pasta bowl but I was full. No reason to push it!

On my way home I picked up a chicken gyro and Greek cucumber salad from Jimmy John's for myself. It was filling and I will never turn down a gyro! I had my night supplements when I got home.

April 8, 2026 ——————————————————————

Started my day with my usual supplements of CoQ10, a prenatal w/ iron, and algae omegas. Then I had 3 raw brazil nuts for that sweet, sweet selenium. I decided to have breakfast in the office today so I made a Just Crack an Egg smoked ham scramble with 2 whole eggs. I sliced up a juicy tomato and topped two slices of Bimbo double fiber toasted bread with it and added the customary dash of salt. Delicious. Then for the third slice of the toasted bread, I topped it with some of the scramble. Filling and delicious.

Then I had a snack of some raspberries at around 1p 'cause I need the fiber but also I like a good sweet treat and they're good for you. It sounds a little late for a snack but I had breakfast at around 10a and I wasn't quite lunch hungry.

Lunch was eaten sporadically as I was dealing with scheduling issues. I had Taylor Farms mini green goddess ranch chopped salad, a pouch of herb & garlic tuna, two hard boiled eggs, and a sliced up mini cucumber. Yum!

When I got home I took care of a few things and later decided, ya' know what? I'm going to go get dinner out. I went to Panda Express and had a plate with double grilled teriyaki chicken, and super greens. So good. I had been thinking about that chicken since the last time I had it and it was just as good. I ate all of the chicken and most of the super greens.

I got home at around 9 and had my usual night supplements: calcium + vitamin D, choline, and magnesium.

All around a very filling and satisfying day!

April 7, 2026 ——————————————————————

I was up bright and early so I decided to make myself breakfast at home. It started with my usual morning supplement trio—CoQ10, prenatal w/ iron, and algae omegas. I made a scramble bowl with two whole eggs and one egg white, cooked it all with a little butter, mushrooms, red bell pepper, onion, spinach, and some tater tots—they're basically mini hasbrowns! I finished it off with a generous sprinkling of cheese. Quick, cozy, comfort food kind of breakfast.

My mid-morning snack was a whole container or raspberries. I just couldn't help myself they were so yummy!

Lunch was a bowl of Campbell's creamy tomato soup with three slices of Bimbo double fiber toasted bread. This was my first time ever having pre-toasted bread. Total game changer. It was also so much more filling than I expected!

While working at the computer in the afternoon, I had a small bowl of red grapes. They were the perfect sweet, juicy treat. I always look forward to them.

When it was time to leave work—Tuesdays are my early day!—I grabbed a square of Ghirardelli 72% cacao from my snack drawer for a little extra motivation while running errands.

Dinner was that fast food I've been avoiding. Haha. I had a Chick-fil-A kid's meal with grilled nuggets, a small macaroni and cheese, and an ice dream cone. I logged the ice dream cone on my chronometer as 1.25 'cause it was a big one. I did sit in the parking lot of the shopping center to eat this. It sounds silly but this is my me time. I could sit, eat, and wind down. It was good.

When I got home I went ahead and took my evening supplements—calcium w/ vitamin D, choline, and magnesium. Magnesium is sleepytime magic. I did take an extra half dose of it since I was having some back pain and it helps!
