Non-Scale Victories (NSV) are the little things that you notice that make it worth it and show you that a difference is being made. It can be with how you feel, your health, old clothes fitting, etc.

• I am wearing a ring. I never wear rings since I have quite fat fingers but I guess I can wear a 9 on my ring finger.
• A client didn't recognize me today. She said I looked different and good.

• K & C commented that I looked different. Then C asked if I had lost weight and I told her I had. K asked how much I'd lost. I told them 20lbs. They were so happy for me. It's nice when people are rooting for you. Okay, it's not exactly a NSV but I wanted to start a list and I haven't had much of one yet. I want to be able to look back and be like, "See! Here is where I really noticed a difference!"
