We really don't like this platform because it's a really public platform thanks to things like the platform having "no" algorithm and public blocks, but because many of our friends are on it after fleeing Twitter, we are on it out of reluctance.

We check new followers for any of the following:

• We followed you first (obviously).
• Common interests.
• Common friends.
• We know you already (e.g. from another platform or in real life).

Fail to meet any of these checks and we reserve the right to block you.

We will also block those who:

• Are bigots, abusers, or other bad actors.
• Are minors and interact with our NSFW tweets or follow.

"But blocking is meaaaaaaaaaaannnn :((((" Well go complain to Bluesky staff so that we can soft block people (i.e. remove followers without blocking them) instead of hard blocking them.

Our notifications are off, so don't expect immediate replies.

We also reserve the right to temporarily deactivate the account at any time.
