• sleeping on time, waking up at reasonable times.
  • eating at least a few servings of fruits and veggies a day, particularly the greens.
  • exercising at least 20 minutes a day.
  • making homework a Top Priority.
  • calling one friend a week, at least. making plans with people.
  • being okay with being at home. I've lived 18 years in this family, so I should accept it. this is the way things are, this is the way things will be, and yet you love them anyway so stop hurting everyone and yourself by pretending. just have positivity in your life -- love them instead of being so angry -- and things will get better. slowly, but they will.
