i recently found a list of daily intake from almost a year ago and realized how much i like going back and looking at what i ate/how much healthier i eat when i have to write it all down, so:

5/7/13

  • breakfast: two pieces of whole wheat toast with pb, banana & cinnamon, a few small strawberries, and a cup or so of almond milk
  • lunch: 1.5 avocado's worth of guac with 12 (?) carrots, half a green bell pepper, like 2 tortilla chips, three huge strawberries, and sweet tea
  • snack: ~1/8 cup of salted, roasted almonds and a cup of chocolate almond milk
