- get healthy/in shape (duh)
- vitamin every day
- exercise (to an extent) every day (walks, yoga, gym?)
- drink the general amount of water people are supposed to drink
- MAYBE go vegan for some time...?
- floss + fluoride daily
- 0-3 cups of coffee per day/none after 4pm
- write in journal every day
- use facebook WAY less (deactivate it, maybe?)
- impress the people at the paris review
- read more of informative websites
