• "Don't let that stop you from traveling", he thought. However, he even quit such a promissing career for his son;
• Reiner's mother after all died giving birth (they both having completed graduation) so it's been always Erich's mother and brothers giving real support in the meantime he was off;
• The young mother suffered from poorer health adding the fact she used to live alone and had no family left;
• He didn't love her really. He liked her. A lot. Also Reiner was more like a sloppy accident; he still misses her because of Reiner (thinks the boy needs some mother affection for god's sake) and above anything Erich was more refusing to accept her death, and still does;
• About languages he knows quite a few: English, Japanese, Portuguese, and one or two Indian dialects;

• He loves India as well. Waited patiently Reiner to grow a certain age to go back periodically;
• He's currently working for the Takagi family, more specifically, for Riku Takagi. At first it was just temporary employment but now that the job's giving a steady stream of income ($) and Reiner stands out from typical schoolboys, he's going to "stick around" a little longer;
