- the only places available to rent are in the outers (outer sunset, outer richmond, outer mission, etc.)
- people lie. charming and quaint mean old and small, just say it, really.
- every add says "great neighborhood!" or "excellent location", sorry but last time i checked visitacion valley was not a great neighborhood, and living near absolutely nothing and no muni lines is not an excellent location.
- they want proof that you make 3 times the rent. really, what do you people think i buy? i have no car, i dont go on extravagant shopping sprees, wtf.
- everyones lease ends in august.
- i can not afford to pay $1,000 a month.
- open houses on tuesday afternoon at 1:00-1:30pm. first of all, people have jobs, especially if you expect them to make 3 times the rent each month, and second, a half an hour open house is really not sufficient.
- so far i have only found storage places that you can rent by the month, for about $160, and they wont pro rate you if you leave before the end of your month, i really hope to not be homeless for a full month.
- couch surfing and living out of a backpack, woo hoo.
- we have 4.5 days.
