all of these were 4-5 stars reads for me!!! i think you'll like them but they're wildly varying in genre and content, also def no prob if you don't like them hahaha
- the wolf at the door, the wolf at bay, and thrown to the wolves by charlie adhara amazon goodreads
- nutrition facts summary: 1 fbi agent and 1 werewolf partner up to fight wolf crime, 20% delightful angst, 30% werewolf prejudice, 100% unputdownable
- quick review: a solid and engaging mystery in each book, the first book reads a little more police procedural than the second and third, but i loved both angles. it’s a slow burn emotional romance, never lingers on miscommunication but def still has to work through each character's issues, w fun werewolfy worldbuilding. big old chefs kiss.
- notes/content warnings: author is queer. there's a claustrophobia/tight space scene in the first book. i can't think of any other triggers off the top of my head other than murder-investigation-related details. mc has anxiety.

- nutrition facts summary: 1 gay boy befriending and falling for his new friend, 1 boy who has a bi awakening, 200% wholesome
- quick review: honestly just the sweetest and loveliest, without ever being saccharine. soothes my 15-year-old self's internalized biphobia a little.
- notes/content warnings: author is asexual, trigger warning for eating disorders, homophobia.
- noteworthy by riley redgate (amazon)[] goodreads
- nutrition facts summary: 1 part 'she's the man' and 1 part pitch perfect but 1000% better than BOTH
- quick review: hilarious, real, messy, fun, and wonderful. the characters and their friendships and struggles are all so well realized, explored, and grounded. the main character deals with her internalized biphobia, amongst many other things, and it's absolutely a gift.
- notes/content warnings: an own voices book as the author is bi and asian american, can't remember any other cw ... there's discussion about crossdressing as a cis person, and
