- lee naeun : mark's childhood best friend and partner-in-everything. their parents are also close friends. as a toddler, mark would be dropped off and left at her home whenever his parents are away on a business trip. they are incredibly protective of another, playful though they may be.
- johnny, eunwoo, taehyung : mark's roommates.
- donghee : a fellow mathlete and mark's study buddy. they share the same applied stats class.
- rosie : mark's secret supporter. their relationship was rocky at first due to the rivalry they inherited from their parents. however, as time passed, they grew tired of the competition and decided to be each other's cheerleader when their parents aren't looking (which is most of the time anyway).
- lucy : mark's family friend who has a painful past, for which he sympathizes (but had an awkward phase) with her.
- suzy : the big sister mark never had whom he met through the greek life. he found her overbearing at first because he's not used to getting help from anyone, but opened up to her eventually.
