- i'm too self absorbed (at this stage in my life anyway)
- i really think the world is going to "end" in some way or another, or at least the quality of human life is going to be much different (worse) than we are used to in about 50 years or so
- i'm afraid i will love them more than they love me
- they'll probably be fat
- they'll probably have some kind of mental illness
- there are already so many kids that need love
