• get out of bed early
  • wash your face
  • take a cool-ish shower (hot water can make you feel sluggish/tired)
  • go on netflix kids and watch a bunch of stupid cartoons
  • clean your room, rearrange furniture, sort through wardrobe (make your room a happy place!!)
  • write down anything and everything thats bothering you then try and think of small ways you can improve each one
  • if you cantg work through them yourself talk to someone you trust or browse forums for people going through similar things
    • dont spend to much time on forums, you want to improve your situation not bask in self pity
  • doodle or do something creative, try to enjoy the process not the finished result
  • bake something
  • take a small walk
  • exercise!! cardio like running or swimming is best for mood boosting
  • put on nice smelling lotion (that doesnt irritate your skin!), make a face mask, paint your nails, etc
  • do your hair or put on makeup even if youre not going anywhere, do whatever makes you feel good about yourself
  • have some chocolate
  • if the mood strikes, masturbate (lmao)
  • cry as much as you need to
  • catch up on school work so that it doesnt overwhelm you later on
