  • Directions:
  • Steep your tea. Place the rooibos, dried blueberries, hibiscus, and lavender into a teapot and steep for 10 minutes.
  • While the tea is steeping, warm the coconut milk, using a whisk to froth if desired.
  • Using one or two teacups, mix the tea and coconut milk together and stir in the sweetener to taste.
  • Sprinkle the top with elderberry powder and vanilla bean powder.
  • Sip, relax, breathe out your worries, and enjoy!
