    • body: walks/run/exercise 2 times per week. Sleep 7/8 hours per day, wake up at the same time every day, hydrate, take care;
    • soul: walks, music, breathe. Keep contact;
  • Be aware of world news and cultivate me with art and opinion
  • Fight for yourself and for what you want to conquer
  • Trust in your intuition; in you.
