In working on the SBP manuscript, things to keep in mind. Improvements, this that need to be added/removed, suggestions from Carolyn & Caitlin, etc. etc. Hooray for Carolyn's miraculous book binding skills!

• Format:
  • Page numbers
    • Centered or corner page? Ask.
  • Indent paragraphs, and remove the offending and excessive line breaks. (Waste of space!)
• Add/Remove:
  • Title page/author page/etc
  • Table of Content
  • Remove the stupid bits at the end of each chapter.
• Style:
  • Font
    • Size/type/etc. Change size/weight for chapter titles & etc?
  • Page margins (save space, but double check with C as to how much of the page the binding will take up)
  • Be sure all the photos/misc bits end up spaced nicely!
