Moving to my first studio apartment (O roommates, I will not miss your drunken 1 am wake-up calls, your neurotic dog, your inability to be polite...) requires a lot of work. But I am so, so excited for it. Best apartment ever? We shall see...

  • Start moving non-essentials (books, paperwork/desk stuff, dvds, clothes) over to the new place prior to the parents coming with the car to move the furniture.
• Things The Parents Need to Bring:

  • Kitchen table
• Need: (stuff for the new place)
  • Microwave/AC?
  • To set up the internet at the new place.
  • Stuff to Buy:
    • Carpet?
    • Kitchen: Frying pan, rice cooker,
• DO ALL YOUR LAUNDRY. FOR REAL.
• Transfer utility bills to my name.
• CHANGE OF ADDRESS

  • PLACES OF WORK
  • POST OFFICE
