A list of my favorite books and escapades.

  • The Princess Bride by William Goldman.
    • Absolutely one of the wittiest books ever written. The narration is brilliant. I fell in love with the whole book, particularly Inigo Montoya the Spanish fencer. Sheer brilliance.
  • The Haunting of Alaizabel Cray by Chris Wooding
    • Every time I read this book I can't sleep afterward. :)) It's scary and frightening, but really, really good. It makes you not want to stop reading it so you don't have to close your eyes. xD
  • Clockwork by Phillip Pullman
    • The scary in this book is ve-e-ery subtle. When I read it, I couldn't stay in a room with a noisy clock for a week!
  • A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
    • I love the humor in this book. xD So refreshing!
  • Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
    • Nothing like the classics.
  • Taming of the Shrew by William Shakespeare
    • This work, among others. I really like Shakespeare books, although I haven't read many yet. Merchant of Venice is another of my personal favorites.
  • Inkheart and Inkspell by Cornelia Funke
    • I haven't read the third book yet, though. But she writes brilliantly! And I love fantasy books about otherworlds and fairies and magic. I also like her other book, Thief Lord.
  • A Series Of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket
    • The sarcasm in this series is LOL.
  • The Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer
    • I am in love with the boy genius. :))

That's kind of just the shortlist, since I can't really think of anything else right now. xD
