dough: 2 cups regular flour, one egg, one teaspoon vegetable oil, 0.3 teaspoon salt

  • mix and roll into a round flat pizza thingy
  • cover it in margarine and added the vegetables

filling: paprika, tomato, onion, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, chili powder, pepper, salt, basil and parsley.

  • fill the flatbread with the vegetables and put on a heated pan with margarine and hold it on each side briefly until it turns hard
  • sprinkle salt and oregano on top when finished
