Also The Middle Of Starting Over (Sabrina Carpenter) sums up a lot of how I felt this past year, despite the song getting old fast.
  • What album will always remind you of 2018? I’ve got to go for Taylor Swift’s Reputation album, because I went to the tour. Notable mentions, though, Speak Your Mind (Anne-Marie), Beerborngs and Bentleys (Post Malone), No Shame (Lily Allen), Expectations (Bebe Rexha). I could go on.

  • The most delicious meal? This Mexican pork dish that Brooke made a couple of times.
  • The most impressive book? The Crying of Lot 49, for its sheer turmoil.
  • What do you want to change in 2019? Better management of everything really. From finances to future plans.
  • How would you rate this year? Like 3/10 overall, but it got progressively better.
  • What did you do in 2018 that you’d never done before? Many things, actually. Good and bad. Went to Switzerland, watched snow polo, went tobogganing, saw The Chainsmokers/Taylor Swift/Camila Cabello live, had cocktails in The Shard, drove in London, drove at 90, self-harmed, won a trophy, smoked cigarettes, came out as bisexual, painted a house, worked in accounting, worked as a waitress, studied degree level English, drank Starbucks’ maple lattes, sang in a choir, sang a solo, had karate lessons, got a tattoo. There’s probably a lot more.

  • Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2018. That life can be really, really horrible. You have to be able to take control and plan your life, otherwise other people will do that for you.
  • Quote a song lyric that sums up your year. “I’m tired of trying to be normal, I’m always over-thinking, I’m driving myself crazy, so what if I’m fucking crazy?”. Thanks Bebe xoxo.
