This video got me thinking about self-care and how this month is bound to be one of the hardest of the year. I don't want to repeat the mistakes i can see myself make and have been watching myself make over the last year or so.
- Spend less time on my phone

- failed but i got back into exercising more which is good
- Manage my time with the Forest app
- Nope, but my phone was away from me
- Drink way more water
- Drink way less coffee (one cup a day, not everyday)
- Journal instead of going from one app to another before bed. Write anything, draw anything but do something.
- Mostly done, helped a lot
