This video got me thinking about self-care and how this month is bound to be one of the hardest of the year. I don't want to repeat the mistakes i can see myself make and have been watching myself make over the last year or so.

  • Spend less time on my phone
    • done, should work for more tho
  • Try and complete this
    • failed but i got back into exercising more which is good
  • Manage my time with the Forest app
    • Nope, but my phone was away from me
  • Drink way more water
    • DONE
  • Drink way less coffee (one cup a day, not everyday)
    • DONE
  • Journal instead of going from one app to another before bed. Write anything, draw anything but do something.
    • Mostly done, helped a lot
