- drink too much
- get wasted b/c i dont eat before i drink
- rationalize eating a big mac, nuggets and fries because i plan on drinking alot later on and i need something to soak up the alcohol
- sign up for tahitian dance classes (very fun and a good workout)
- stop going to the gym becuase i think i'll be too tired/sore for tahitian class
- get sad b/c i see pictures of my fat arms b/c i dont go to the gym anymore
- start birth control
- blame weight gain on birth control
- say i'm eating good but cheat with potato chips
- soda has become my guilty pleasure
- took xenadrine for a while and it super worked but everyone told me not to because it was bad for my heart so i stopped
- not eat after work and then wonder why i'm so hungry in the morning
- i barely eat before 11am
- buy healthy food but dont eat it
- i dont drink enough water anymore
- sit around and make lists about stuff i should be doing, dammit
