• the month is ending and it's becoming sunnier! the sky turns pink more often too and i am filled with anticipation for what is to come

• listening to an alapaap cover by leanne and naara as part of pop machine: the album (and listening to pop machine: the album)
• waves of nostalgia on march's first night and crying over gentle songs
• picking flowers with talia and hanging them in my bedroom to dry
• summer! and starting moominsummer madness. i love their little world T__T
• journaling to "ang walang kwentang podcast" and "endslate." so grateful for their company
• FINALS. god many academic insecurities and lots of doubt.i'm trying to be gentle, trying to remind myself that i don't need to be functioning at my 100 percent, that my academic work isn't tied to me
• being with talia more often than before :)
• another attempt to grow plants. growing purple majesty millet and peppermint seeds by my window and wishing for the best :") currently. i'm still waiting for them to sprout
• starting a new commonplace notebook and return to my old notebook-keeping roots. i mean for her to serve as my field notes throughout everyday, shelter for small fragments of myself that i tend to let slip away

• i haven't been very consistent with my little documentations; sitting down to think about good, small things is always a little hearth despite everything

• doodling in my commonplace notebook with colored pencils. looking at pinterest artwork and attempting to simplify and recreate what i can to accompany my writings/copywork (small things like tangerines, teapots, love letters/envelopes sealed w hearts, leaves, plants and flowers, clouds)

• watching i promised you the moon (2021) in cas's company (cas's company in general <3)
• laughing a lot with mama and jo
• dragonfruit! storing it in the ref and letting it fill my heart bit by bit

• spent the first day of july swimming, then coming home to new yarn and beginning a new crochet project! (a tulip pencil case to keep my fountain pens)
