- Sweet Pea (aka Pea, Pea Katty, P Renoir) - long haired tuxedo kitty.
- his mom cat came to the neighborhood with some neighbors, but they didn't take care of her so she hung out in my yard and i fed her and played with her (read about KitKat).
- she had 3 kittens on my sofa and Pea was one of them.
- Pea was my favorite kitten right from the start. he was smart and a really good boy.
- when we got Violet as a tiny, sick kitten, Pea raised her as his own, took care of her and taught her how to groom.
- Violet loved Pea.
- Pea spent most of his time inside but occasionally he would go outside with me.
- he never went near the street.
- Pea was born on april 2nd, 2002 and died on november 2, 2005.
- one day he went outside when i was bringing in the groceries, and the last time i saw him alive he was strutting toward me with his tail waiving.
- then i called him to come in and he didn't come.
- i found him dead in my neighbor's driveway, about 10 minutes after their kid drove off to work.
- Kyle (Pea's brother) and Violet were very depressed.
- Violet looked for him everywhere in the house.
- i could not get out of bed for a week.
- it was one of the saddest times of my life.
- i still miss him terribly.
