being vegan is the best thing that you can do to save the planet!

going vegan helps alleviate hunger:
avoid bowel cancer.
eating veggies makes it more likely for your body to take in Omega-3s.
healthy diet
as a cliche, vegan or vegetarian diets are considered healthier than other diets. some unusually fit and healthy aged folk have credited their long life to regular exercise and a vegetarian/ vegan diet. you may also be more conscious of incorporating foods with beneficial properties.
no ickiness!
no veins, skin, poo, eyes, hair, etc in your food. most meat-replacement products are vegetable protein so you can fully enjoy your food without inspecting it every second. the reality that you're eating a corpse with a lot of the same features as us is extremely unappetising.
tastes great!
vegan dishes and meat-replacement options can be very tasty. there have been many meat-replacement foods that were yummier than real meat, like the Beyond Meat Burger. it's still the yummiest patty i've ever eaten in my life. even just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
convenient & easier to do now
veganism is becoming more mainstream, which makes being vegan so much easier. there are more brands to choose from in shops (tesco supposedly offers the most vegan choices) and most cafes/ restaurants have vegan options. there are even vegan cafes and restaurants.
potentially cheaper
a vegan diet can be cheaper than a non-vegan diet as meat and other items can be pricier. since there are more brands to choose from, you can buy the cheapest options if you want to.
happy conscience!!!
you're saving innocent animals from pain and suffering, saving the planet, and looking after your body.
