• aposiopesis: sudden breaking off in the midst of a sentence
• effulgent: shining forth brilliantly; radiant
• lucubration: laborious work, study, thought, etc., especially at night
• perfidious: deliberately faithless; treacherous; deceitful
• sacchariferous: containing or yielding sugar
