- how she is really bad at typing emails, but how they are really sweet anyway
- doing the crossword together
- her and those headbands

- that whenever we have guests over, she brings in a tray of cookies or treats no matter what

- how she always has to try the new flavor of anything

- her voicemails and how she always makes sure to mention the time
