Back at my normal weight again!!! Woo-hoo!

  • kickboxing again
  • push myself to do more cardio now that i've finally broken my new sneakers in
  • no more eating food after dinner
  • no more treats :( i.e. cookies, challah bread, ice cream, shake shack, etc.
  • less bread, more greens
    • WRONG! yes greens are good, but carbs are good too, and my body needs them in moderation
  • take multi-vitamin again
  • fruits with lunch instead of crackers, pretzels, etc.
  • CONTROL MYSELF WHEN EATING GRANOLA
  • control eating habits at home, meaning: just because i am home and have access to the kitchen all day does not mean i should be eating a gazillion times a day
  • make sure i am eating foods with whole grains
  • find yogurts with no chemicals, antibiotics, ingredients i cannot pronounce, etc.
  • try alex's trainer's friend's workout
