- listened to radiohead
- gave a really ill-appearing old man bum a fiver
- got a little giddy about being alive, living so close to so much beauty
- scolded myself around a bit for not walking around more often
- resolved to walk to work on Monday
- clocked 5 miles on foot
- almost bought a rosemary bush? shrub? at the farmer's market
- smiled at strangers
