- the sound of inhaling through one’s mouth, allowing the teeth to be some form of shield, shielding all the air from entering, which is counter-productive
- morning breath, or the breath one has after not eating all day
- people who take themselves too seriously
- when people say “oh, she is soo smart!” because said person has good grades, i think this is irrelevant to to being perceived as intelligent, i often think people who say this cannot think for themselves
- people who cannot think for themselves, who are devoid of opinion, who tend to judge anything that is out of the norm
- procrastination
- gossip, although i am having trouble pointing it out nowadays
- people who hold other’s feelings too highly

- play grimes in the dark late one night (make sure it's a weekend!)
- eat healthier
- exercise on a consistent weekly basis,
- look at more art and photography, reads books/watch movies that are intellectually stimulating,
- smile at strangers,
- hide a stash of candy somewhere in my bookshelf, reward myself for doing ap biology chapter summaries,
- smile at the sun
