- eat gluten-free, or reduce gluten intake to bare minimum (some whole grains)
- eat small portions sporadically throughout the day
- lots of fruits
- eat red meat on occasion
- more fish/chicken
- trail mix is a good snack, as well as nuts
- reduce dairy intake
- try to work out everyday!
- drink 8 cups of water daily
