I make lists for everything! Otherwise, I forget EVERYTHING! And I'm terrible at at putting my list in places where I'll see/find them. Maybe if there'll all online I'll be organized. At least they turn into clutter around my room. And it's eco friendly - doesn't waste paper! *win, win*

Habits to Break

  • a lot of habits dealing with food and sitting around (not a productive use of time)
  • thinking about food and breakfast first thing in the morning
  • starting/watching a movie after dinner

Habits to Start

  • Productivity is Key
  • juice in the morning
  • juice at lunch
  • vegetables for dinner
  • meditate daily
  • do yoga and/or workout daily
  • eat health, and avoid/turn my back on sugar. practice sugar abstinence and cut it cold-turkey
  • putting away/folding clothes immediately
  • cutting nails before I cut them
  • start plucking regularly
  • pamper time = Super Soul Sunday
