Habits to Break
  
    - a lot of habits dealing with food and sitting around (not a productive use of time) 
- thinking about food and breakfast first thing in the morning 
- starting/watching a movie after dinner 
Habits to Start
  
    - Productivity is Key 
- juice in the morning 
- juice at lunch 
- vegetables for dinner 
- meditate daily 
- do yoga and/or workout daily 
- eat health, and avoid/turn my back on sugar. practice sugar abstinence and cut it cold-turkey 
- putting away/folding clothes immediately 
- cutting nails before I cut them 
- start plucking regularly
