remember to ask yourself — "what would feel good for my body right now?
today i am choosing:
- to nourish my nervous system.
- to opt out of anything that feels like a "should."
- to replace my "i've got to" with "i get to."
- to stop rushing through my life.
- to savor the beautiful moments a little longer.
- to set my own pace.
- to be here, now, utterly and completely.
- to stop & feel the warmth of connection.
- to let go of what i can't control.
- to embrace a mindset that says i get to choose how i move forward in this life of mine.
