remember to ask yourself — "what would feel good for my body right now?

today i am choosing:

  • to nourish my nervous system.
  • to opt out of anything that feels like a "should."
  • to replace my "i've got to" with "i get to."
  • to stop rushing through my life.
  • to savor the beautiful moments a little longer.
  • to set my own pace.
  • to be here, now, utterly and completely.
  • to stop & feel the warmth of connection.
  • to let go of what i can't control.
  • to embrace a mindset that says i get to choose how i move forward in this life of mine.
