- Modern society has become more complex, such as the emergence of technology and the increased globalization of the world. AT the same time, millennials have been adapting at a fast rate, such as being increasingly WELL-VERSED in technology (even by a young age) AND in other areas.
- In terms of shopping, millennials are not phased by extravagant brands and ad campaigns but instead are more attracted to brands online (convenience) that focuses on quality and efficiency. Especially for brands that support causes that identifies with the consumers or uphold values of good citizenship
- Definitely more health-conscious, to the point of bringing it into the societal level by incorporating grown produce and (being more inclusive by) creating menus for (the increasing population of) vegetarians.
- They are more adventurous in their business ventures as they are willing to pursue their passions instead of working traditional, corporate jobs. They are more mental health oriented and would rather opt for a healthy work-life balance than better pay (less pragmatic?)
