- ✔ drink water first thing in the morning
- ✔ exercise (almost) daily
- take care of my skin
- write down thoughts that bother me
- take calcium & magnesium supplements
- brush teeth often (especially after drinking coffee and/or tea)
- eat greens every day
- protein every 3-4 hours
- practice swimming again
- ✔ stop chain smoking
- ✔ limit coffee consumption (max 2xday)
